FAQ about our Pepperoni Rolls

Our pepperoni rolls are made to order. As soon as we receive your order we  will add it to our order system and begin making your fresh pepperoni rolls. We try our best for all orders to be shipped within 2 business days,  depending on the time of the order is received ,if  we can get it out the same day, we certainly will. Any orders received on Friday, will be shipped on Monday, this is to ensure freshness. Please remember that we do ship via USPS Priority. Sometimes USPS schedule can delay an order as well, also holidays can cause shipping disruption.

We do offer wholesale pricing for business customers, as well. Just  use our contact form and tell us what you are looking for and the amount and we can give you a quick quote.

This is a very good question, we always bake and ship as quick as possible, however to ensure that your order is  as fresh as possible we highly suggest when ordering to select expedited shipping to ensure the freshest delivery. In the case where you select regular delivery, we do double bag  some of our orders to ensure fresh delivery, depending on your shipping location.

I received my order and it has been in warmer temperatures, is it safe?

Absolutely! Pepperoni rolls are shelf stable and not shipped onice.  They are safe to consume due to the baking process.

Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping prices. All of our shipping prices are pre-determined by the USPS and are based on the weight and the location we are shipping  to,  so for example, a package going to California is going to be much more higher than a package going to Ohio. So distance and the weight of the package plays a part. We make absolutely no money off of shipping fees.

Absolutely not! All of the orders are baked fresh, never frozen or stored. It is so fresh that we have to wait for our pepperoni rolls to cool before packaging. 

Unfortunately there are instances where shipments can be delayed, this is not due to Mountain Top Pepperoni Roll Company. All of our orders are double packed to ensure freshness, even in the situation where there is a delay,  we can provide original shipping documentation and allow you to file a claim through the USPS if it failed to arrive by promised date. We do not issue refunds once your order ships.

We only offer a refund if there was an error with  baking and  documented photos to show the error.  Any documentation needs reported after opening packages within 24 hours of delivery, we need to be contacted, we will not accept any documentation after 2 4 hours after delivery. We do not offer a refund for shipping issues, that needs to be done via USPS Claim process. The only shipping method that is 100% refundable is Priority Express, so please use this method when checking out. Most customers prefer Priority, due to the cost associated with Priority Express option, which we fully understand, however, just be aware that Priority Mail is not fully covered, due to the contents being baked goods, however if there was damage or delay on their part then a refund may take place via the USPS.

Pepperoni Rolls are shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated, they are the freshest up to 7 days after delivery, we always recommend to freeze rolls if you know they will not be eaten  within that time frame. Our rolls freeze great! Just be sure when you thaw the pepperoni rolls, remove them from the bag, blot off any condensation and your rolls will warm at room temperature.

Absolutely! They are best reheated in our opinion, but can be ate as is, as well. It is all about preference. Many of our buyers prefer reheating in the air fryer, but some prefer the oven and/or microwave. 

We do permit cancellations if an order is canceled BEFORE baking, we do not offer cancellations on orders that have been baked and are being prepared for shipment.
